Who we are
FindYourSelf (this site) is run by Self Insight Corporation, doing business as Olivier, 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor #2996, New York, NY, USA ("Olivier", "we"). Olivier decides how the personal information on this platform is used. Questions or requests: ivan@olivier.partners.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address, and your sign-in methods (passkeys or an authenticator app). We store a fingerprint of your passkey, never your device's private key.
- Sign in with Google: if you choose it, Google tells us your Google account ID, your verified email address and your name. We receive no password and no access to your Google data.
- Events: the events, classes and Office Hours you register for, waitlist and attendance status, answers you give on registration forms, and your consent choices (for example, whether to appear on an attendee list).
- Recorded online sessions: when an online or hybrid session runs on Olivier's Google Meet with recording on, the event page and your emails say so. Google Meet records and transcribes the call and Gemini takes notes; the recording, transcript and notes are kept by Olivier in its Google Drive. They include what you say and show in the call and your name as Google Meet displays it.
- Payments: for paid tickets, Stripe processes your card. We keep the order, amount, refund and credit records, never your card number.
- Founders and companies: company profiles, progress updates and decks that founders choose to add, and who has been given access to them.
- Security records: sign-in sessions, and hashed (not raw) network and device identifiers used to protect your account and limit abuse; an audit log of sensitive actions.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell personal information.
How we use it
- To run your account and sign you in securely.
- To handle registrations, tickets, payments, refunds, reminders and event communications you need.
- To run Olivier's programme, including founder progress and investor access.
- To keep the platform secure, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
Who sees it
- Event hosts: when an event is run by a host organization, that organization receives the names and email addresses of the people registered for its own events, to run them. The registration page tells you before you register. Hosts never see other organizations' attendees.
- Other attendees: only your name, and only if you opt in to an event's attendee list.
- Investors: see company information only where the company has granted access, never founders' contact details or other investors.
- Service providers that process data for us:
- Google Cloud (hosting and database, United States).
- Resend (sending transactional email).
- Stripe (payments for paid tickets).
- Google (only if you choose Sign in with Google).
- Google Workspace (Google Meet and Google Drive), for online sessions on Olivier's Google Meet: the call, its recording, transcript and Gemini notes.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Guests: 90 days after the event.
- Members: for your Program Year and 12 months after.
- Company data after leaving the programme: hidden from investors immediately, kept for the Program Year and 12 months unless you ask us to delete it.
- Encrypted backups: 30 days.
- Session recordings, transcripts and notes: in Olivier's Google Drive until Olivier deletes them; ask us to delete one you appear in.
When you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days, including at our providers.
How we protect it
Personal fields are encrypted in our database, sign-in requires a passkey or authenticator for staff and investors, access is limited by role, and sensitive access is audited. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS.
Cookies
We use only cookies that are needed to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your light/dark display choice is stored in your browser.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent (for example, to an attendee list) and unsubscribe from non-essential emails. Email ivan@olivier.partners and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you directly about significant changes.
