Partnership commitments with app records and reported activity. Targets are shown, not enforced.

How these numbers are counted

Office Hours slots: published or completed slots in the admin calendar. Publish a slot.
Partner bookings: individually reported bookings. The app cannot infer which member is the contractual Partner.
Teaching: classes tagged teaching-session, lasting at least 45 minutes, which have ended and are completed or have closed attendance. Create a class.
Late materials: saved late-upload flags on session materials, plus reported late submissions.
Reported activities each add one to their metric. Do not report work already counted from an app record. Corrections keep an audit trail.
